The Spring Summer Fashion Showcase 2008 was located at Sungeiwang Plaza during the period from 10th to 20th April. I came here before the Janice Promo Tour start with Hungwei, Ahkwong, Lynn and Myin. Crowd of Photographers and audience was awaiting for the event.

The show was presented by the Academy Fashion from IFTC at 7.30pm, 11th April 2008 evening. The various fashion design from the new fashion designers and two categories that evening which was wedding fashion and dinner clothing fashion.

It was quite difficult at the begining as the lighting keep on changing so we have to change setting fast while the Model move near and far. To avoid the particulars I use Auto WB at that moment. Anyhow I use to it from the half session so most of front part photos was blur and wrong color white balance.

Meet Janice at Sungai Wang Fiesta street last Friday evening 8 pm. I came with Hungwei, Lynn, Ahkwong and Myin early by 6.30 pm as there was a fashion start by 7.30 pm.

The time we reach there was 8 15 pm, somehow we knew the event will delay to 8 30 pm. The fans were crowded at the moment, I have to stand far away from the back. I am using setting of f 3.7, ISO 100, 1/40-60 shutter to take the image. There was only less then 10 pictures out of 150 was clear. The reason I don’t want use ISO 200 above coz I knew my camera handle noise sucks…lolz.

13th April was Janice’s Birthday, her fans prepare her a early Birthday cake and a drawing potrait. She was touch by the fans.

Last Friday I waiting for 2 hours from my company near timesquare because of this Emil Chau Meet The Fan session at Sungei Wang Plaza. The event start by 7 30 pm but was crowd at 6.30 pm.

Emil Chau, who marked his 20th anniversary last year, has released more than 40 records in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. He has become a prominent name in the music arena in Taiwan and has fans of all ages not only around Asia but also in North America.

He reminds me a lot of memories during school days, and the graduation songs also using his song “friends”. I think most of you very familiar to this song.
