Mooncake Festival. Buy it or bake it?

I came back my home after work, walking along the path i smell my mum baking something. I walk in to the kitchen and I was suprise that my mother was baking mooncake this year. Before that I thought that my mum not going to bake this year as she complaint the lotus pricing was expansive.

Anyhow, my mom still do it this year as buy one box of lotus mooncake in the market equal to self bake 20-25 pieces mooncakes. Baking a moon cake was not easy and this part that I show below was the final session. Before this that still got a few steps.

32nd Bon Odori 2008 at Matsushita Corp Stadium in Shah Alam

Bon Odori , meaning simply Bon dance and is an event held during Obon. It is celebrated as a reminder of the gratefulness one should feel toward one’s ancestors. The event was located at Matsushita Corp Stadium in Shah Alam. I went there with Ahkwong, Hungwei, Hiew, Lee Peng and Myin.

We reach there late by 8pm and it almost took us long time to find parking there. When we reach the main entrance …oh gosh the crowd was so overwhelming.

By the way, we meet Ahkhai, Anston and Lynn there. And the same time, we was lucky to catch up the final dance for the event.

After finish the dancing session of Bon Odori we rush to the food session to seek for some Japanese food. By the way, so many people quene there.

I am back to KL : Merry Christmas to everybody

Yo!!! I am back from my Penang trip yesterdarday night and thankz for Hungwei fetching us back to KL. It was a four day trip and I am really dying to work today..lolz but luckily tomorrow is a holiday. I am really happy this few day in Penang because eat none stop, play none stop and shoot photograph none stop. five people going to this trip which was including me, Kwong, Eugene, Mich and Myin.

By the way, I am so appreciated and thankful for Mich and her mother coz letting us place to stay for few night especially Mich guide us to many place for eating and shooting with accommodation plus transport. I kinda like the cat call Fuzzy….hahaha. At the same time this trip I meet Hungwei, Lawrence and the shouters which included Chee Hsien, JJzai and Willazz….sorry others i forget already.
